Client Description**:
For our client, Leader Company in FMCG, we are looking for:
Trade Marketing - Business Intelligence
**Responsibilities**:
Trade Marketing Coordinator - Business Intelligence supports Trade Planning & Channel Development Manager in the development and implementation of the Trade Activities and Key Account and Travel Retail plans.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND COMPETENCIES:
- Support the Line Manager in the definition, implementation and follow up of customer segmentations, aligned with Sales & Marketing strategies;
- Support the line manager to daily manage the Customer Segmentation database;
- Support the Line Manager in the definition, implementation and follow up of the Cycle planning, including: Time plan, Point Of Sales Coverage plan, Objective setting (Distribution, Visibility, Advocacy, Volume), Budget management, Coordination among Marketing Dept.
and Field Force, Follow up;
- Support the Line Manager to design and implement the Trade Programs plan including: Guidelines setting, Objective setting, Picture of success, Follow up;
- Preparation of reports to present trade plans and their monitoring;
- Coordination of Care Point Network;
- Coordinate the development, implementation and maintenance of Reward platform;
- Coordinate the Key Account and Travel Retail analysis and follow up;
- Gain and share in depth knowledge of customer and shopper needs and habits, also by ensuring "on the field" monitoring of the Trade activities plan;
- Monitor Trade activities implemented by our competitors and in other FMCG business to propose at the line manager new ideas and solutions;
- Build and ensure high levels of cooperation with all related Internal & External stakeholders: I&I, Marketing, Finance, CLA and Sales Departments but also external agencies.
- Degree in Economics or STEM- Fluency in English is mandatory
- Excellent capability of data analysis and data management
- Capacity of Innovation and Proactivity
- High accountability
- At least 2 years' experience in trade marketing functions in FMCG companies (preferably in multinational
companies) as market/sales/trade analyst
