We are looking for a Trade Marketing Intern to join the Trade Marketing function in our Beauty Business Unit based in Milan.

How you make the difference Your role will involve analyzing market trends and consumer insights to develop promotional plans that enhance brand presence in retail environments. You will assist in the planning and implementation of in-store promotions and merchandising strategies. By providing valuable insights and operational support, you will help optimize product placement, increase sales, and strengthen relationships with retail partners.

How your agenda looks like: Development of sales force materials and interface with external agencies. Management of suppliers for the development of POP (Point of Purchase) materials. Operational management of Trade Marketing Management projects. Operational management of all in-store and co-marketing activities. Your team: You will directly report to the Trade Marketing Manager in the Trade Marketing function.

What makes you a great fit: You have a master's degree, or three years bachelor followed by a master's degree, in Economics, Marketing, Communication, or Management with an interest in undertaking a path of growth in the field of Marketing & Sales. You have excellent knowledge of English. You have a good knowledge of the Office package and Excel, along with good analytical skills. Proactivity, autonomy, strong orientation to results, and ability to work in a dynamic context are soft skills that distinguish you. You have excellent communication and relational skills. What's in for you: A six-month full-time paid internship in our HQ in Milan, Via Pirelli 19, with the possibility of smart working.
