YOUR ROLELead Trade Marketing and Category Management Team to craft local channels and customers strategy, consistency with the Company vision and key objectives. Translate Brands plans into compelling channels strategies by category, delivering annual Channels Plans. Steer categories and channels plans by taking into account brands strategies, shopper insights, market data, channels dynamics, and customers objectives. Define prioritization of investment among categories, initiatives, and channels. Develop category promo strategy ensuring consistency among different channels and subchannels and alignment to overall business goals. Set promo initiatives goals, defining KPIs, track results, deriving learning to inform future decisions and activities. Lead category management initiatives that foster shopper education and category growth. Manage consumer journey by ensuring effective and innovative initiatives to drive consideration and conversion. Manage Trade Marketing team, providing coaching, upskilling, and people development.
