Trade Marketing Manager

**We have an excellent career opportunity for an experienced Trade Marketing Manager to join our growing international team!
In this role, leading a small team, you will be responsible to develop, co-ordinate and implement marketing programs targeting A&D, specifiers, end users, and distributors, in order to increase the company's brand presence and gain market share.
While delivering consistent and state of the art activity, the ultimate goal is to improve customer satisfaction and position Ideal Standard as the preferred partner to provide the ultimate water solution.
The role reports to VP Branding and Activation.
**Key result areas
- Effectively manage and prioritize projects to support product launches, ensuring the provision of materials, displays and appropriate tools for both internal and external launches
- Work closely with the product and sales teams to ensure that marketing strategies are aligned with sales objectives and revenue targets
- Work in conjunction with the Digital Marketing team to ensure that the right online messages are being communicated
- Manage relationships with all third-party suppliers, such as agencies.
Provide direction to agency partners, ensuring alignment with company objectives
- Identify opportunities for campaigns and product displays that will lead to an increase in sales
- Work closely with other departments on company projects.
- You coordinate the daily trade marketing activities and manage a small trade marketing team
- Interact with all Cluster Marketing Directors to ensure a consistent approach in all markets
**Your profile
- Marketing degree with around 7-10 years of relevant marketing experience, during which you've built a strong understanding of the full marketing mix: platforms, channels and strategy approaches that will enable the marketing department to reach all audiences.
You're able to deliver adequate product displays.
- Hands on mentality with the ability to prioritize duties to anticipate needs and requirements while keeping an eye on detail.
Demonstrated ability to synthesize, prioritize and drive results with an ability to think creatively.
- Experience working in an international matrix structured environment.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- A genuine team player with excellent interpersonal skills, able to communicate effectively with agencies, markets, external and internal customers.
- Able to manage a small team effectively towards growth
- Excellent command of English both spoken and written, with good presentation skills
- Innovative thinker with positive attitude to life in general
- A proven ability to juggle priorities and to manage multiple projects and client accounts simultaneously whilst meeting deadlines
