**Trade Marketing Manager - Skin Care**:
JOB MISSION
The mission will be to lead the strategic and operational development of Marketing initiatives that support our brands' purpose and integrity; building awareness, loyalty and sustainable growth.
DUTIES AND KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Define and finalize an annual trade plan in line with operational marketing strategy, brand values and develop new approaches for client's events, education and experiences;
Strategic development of the promotional plan and associated presentation tools for brand/product launches, brand penetration, sales growth, customer acquisition & retention program
Ensure the planning and perfect execution of each animation, in line with brand guidelines and positioning;
Establish KPIs, analyze results and develop strategies to maximize ROI.
Definition of the best local promotion strategies in order to bring a concrete commercial and economical evaluation and implementation;
Design and allocate resources and materials necessary to support animations (gift, samples, consultants, etc.
);
Monitor the competitors' activities on the market, through a constant relationship with Marketing, and with the sales force;
Coordinate with Global team to be fully aligned with the global strategy and develop tailor made actions based on local needs;
Studying and monitoring both (comfort zone) and /Skin Regimen/ brands' market penetration;
Analysis of Market and competitors within sales and marketing data and trends in order to define strategical initiative programs for the sales team;
Support in the development of exclusive events in order to increase Brand awareness and value in clients;
Definition and creation of specific tailor-made initiatives and projects;
Be on the field to meet and have a strong relationship with clients and visit them.
PERSON SPECIFICATION AND REQUIREMENTS
Passionate in the beauty industry, with previous experience in trade marketing management within structured companies
Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role
Previous experience on selective beauty brands is a plus
Have a business insight and understanding of trade marketing contests within the Beauty Market;
High social, communication, and negotiation skills;
Ability to handle multiple projects and priorities to meet deadlines
Strong analytical and organizational skills
Strong project/time management skills
Have a natural interest in global culture and lifestyle is a strong plus.
Fluent in English would be a plus
