**As an Omnichannel Specialist, this position is responsible for developing the 5Ps strategy in the top customers in Italy for all Hill's brands and for supporting the Key Customer Managers to develop sales potential among their customers.
**The position reports to the Customer Development Manager responsible for key customers.
**Main Responsibilities**:

Appropriately tailoring and build the 5Ps by Retail Environment (developed by Marketing) to the customer(s) formats, considering customer strategies, policies & customer-specific shopper insights

Develop selling stories to support business with key customers

Know in depth the retail environment for eCommerce channel, including understanding the customers ecosystem through sourcing insights via networks (including collaboration with the EU Regional Team) and engagement with customers.

Prioritize key eCommerce customers we will target for customer engagement and build a comprehensive business development plan for these customers

Drive sales, margin and customer engagement by delivering innovative shopper experiences tailored for right people, right time, right touchpoints and right message

Cooperate with consumer marketing for all mass communication and support it 360° in digital platforms.

Analyze various data in order to deliver data driven strategies in top performance and achieve critical metrics

Develop eComm plans in key customer though partnership with Marketing and eComm Manager and with Key Customer Manager responsible for those customers to accelerate our business performance with our key Omni-channel customers

Participate in Country Commercial Cycle to bring the needs of Channel in the Company plan supporting marketing to develop commercial plans, Customer Service & Logistics to define forecast and finance plan investments.

**Knowledge & Experience**:

Master or Bachelor Degree in business or related field.

4+ yrs experience in Trade and/or Retail Marketing/Category Management/Marketing roles in an international company (with focus on: Trade Understanding, Category Management, Consumer & Shopper Insight, Promotional Effectiveness)

Experience working in a fast-paced commercial environment.

Excellent analytical skills with experience of and comfort with using data to guide decision making.
Attention to detail and planning skills are essential.

Pet food previous experience is preferable

eCommerce or Customer facing previous experience is preferable

Language: fluency in English and Italian is a must
