Trade Marketing Operations Intern
SENIORITY LEVEL: BUSINESS AREA/FUNCTIONAL CONTEXT: The selected individual will support the Trade Marketing Operations BU team, which is part of the Trade Marketing structure within the Central Europe Business Unit, across both channels (HO. RE. CA. and GDO). The Trade Marketing Operations team plays a key role in structuring and evolving Trade Marketing plans and managing processes/operations for activations in both Horeca and GDO channels. INTERNSHIP ACTIVITIES: Support for Trade Marketing Operation in monitoring and follow-up of projects, communication with suppliers, and internal and external procedures related to POCM (non beer products: gadget, glassware, textile ) in the BU (Italy, Germany, Expansion). Business analysis and reporting to the Trade Marketing Operations Executive on market trends and the annual budget assigned. Support for POCM operations in collaboration with the Trade Marketing executives team in both channels. Support for the creation and management of POCM kits and incoming materials, in collaboration with the central warehouse. Technical support related to tools and internal process automation procedures. Interaction with the zone headquarters and TM managers of other countries in the Central Business Unit to support the team on activating the brand Plan, POCM synergies, and the sharing of best practices. The intern will be guided by a mentor through coaching on the activities to be carried out. The internship will take place in the office with the possibility of SMART working in accordance with the line manager. EDUCATIONAL AND ORIENTATION OBJECTIVES: Acquisition of skills and dynamics specific to trade marketing, exposing to activation, distribution, and promotion strategies for ABI brands on both channels. Development of analytical skills and critical thinking/brand strategy through analysis of internal databases and technical skills development using management tools such as SAP and internal ABI tools. Relationship and communication with the trade marketing teams in both channels and external suppliers. Visibility on the brand content translation strategies and ATL campaign strategies created by the marketing team into BTL strategies and plans. Use of sales support platforms (e. g. , PopApp). PROFILE: Master's degree. Previous work/internship experience is a plus. Good data analysis skills, analytical mindset. Good Excel users. Good interpersonal skills. Curiosity and a strong desire to learn. Autonomy, proactivity, ownership. Fluent in Italian and English. J-18808-Ljbffr
