JOB MISSION

The mission of this role will be to guarantee sales support through marketing initiatives in order to facilitate the activity of the sales force, incentivize the growth of the customers' business and strengthen the brand image and its sustainable values.

WHAT YOU WILL DO: Realizing, monitoring and analyzing relative performance on the different lines. Monitoring and studying of Sell In and Sell Out data, business meetings and complaints. Managing the organization of the main events and national business meeting. Managing the agent equipment and the creation process of material for salons and development of marketing plans with related campaigns. Supporting in the management of the administrative back office of the department and the sales force. WHO YOU ARE: Bachelor or Master's degree in Marketing, Communication and/or Digital Marketing. High organizational and priority management skills. High interpersonal communication and relational competences. Multitasking attitude, team worker and problem solver.
