Trade Marketing Specialist

As a Trade Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for implementing and optimizing Trade Marketing strategies targeted at distribution channels, ensuring effective execution aligned with company objectives. You will work closely with sales and marketing teams and external partners, acting as a liaison between the company and the market.
**Responsibilities**:
- Ensure the implementation and execution of retail action plans to maximize point-of-sale levers and sell-out.
- Guarantee the accurate forecasting, allocation, and execution of point-of-sale (POS) materials.
- Manage the planning and implementation of visibility campaigns.
- Monitor and analyze KPIs related to trade campaigns, providing recommendations to ensure the achievement of objectives.
- Analyze the dermo-cosmetic market (sell-out and shopper data).
- Conduct ROI analysis to ensure the success of sell-out projects.
- Develop relationships with sales and marketing teams, facilitating communication and bridging the gap between functions.
**Qualifications**:
- You have 3-5 years of experience in a similar role or in sales.
- You are fluent in Italian and English.
- You are a strong communicator and possess strong analytical skills.
- You have commercial acumen.
- You have the aptitude to work in a structured and organized way.
- You enjoy working in a dynamic environment, in cross-functional teams, and have the ability to build rapport with colleagues.
- You have a practical, proactive approach and are results-oriented.
