Who is the talent we need We are looking for a passionate Trade Marketing Specialist to join Sales Team and reporting to Wholesale Manager to organize and execute trade marketing strategy and collaborate closely with Marketing, PR and Communication department Location The person could be based in Milan with be-weekly visit to HQ in Dolo (VE) or could be based in Dolo (VE) How you will contribute Develop and implement -in collaboration with Wholesale Manager and Marketing Manager- global trade strategies to drive sales and brand recognition Managed the budget assigned by the Wholesale Manager and allocate the resources efficiently Manage relationships with key partners and internal teams to align trade initiatives with overall business goals Analyze market trends, customers preferences and sales KPI to identify new opportunities and then monitor and report trade performance metrics Train and support key partners in the execution of marketing activities and events by planning and coordinating the initiatives We are looking for someone with: University degree, Master and/or effective experience in Marketing or Economics Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a similar role Excellent knowledge of Italian/English (tested during the recruitment) Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office (in particular Excel and Power Point) Knoledge of B2B tools Flexibility, desire to get involved and learn Availability up to 25% on business trip What we offer: Full time, permanent contract Onboarding, Trainings and professional growth Exclusive access to Autry collection Company Restaurant "Osteria Autry" in our HQ Villa with professional and passionate Chefs with an extraordinary high quality of healthy bio food Free fresh bio fruit, coffee and water Expense reimbursement provided Company Health insurance Additional Injury insurance Great HQ spaces: beautiful garden, football and ping pong table Why work with us?
