Our client is an important multinational company, with a leading position in the Beauty Sector.

With the aim of strengthening the Trade Marketing Department, we are looking for a:

**TRADE MARKETING SPECIALIST**:

**Main responsibilities**:

Reporting to the Retail & Trade Marketing Manager, the Trade Marketing Specialist focuses on the operative part of Trade Marketing team, taking in charge activities related to trade, following up materials availability and supporting field managers and the whole retail team.

**Main Responsibilities**:

- Analyse sell-in and sell-out data;

- Responsible for trade marketing budgets;

- Monitoring the Return On Investment;

- Have a relationship with suppliers and creative agencies for development of Sales force materials;

- Development of TM plans;

- Presentation of product launches and trade marketing plans to retail partners and sales force.

- Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field;

- Trade Marketing experience in relevant Beauty/FMCG Companies;

- Upper intermediate level of English.

- Highly organised with flexible approach and attention to details;

- Ability to operate in an enviroment with shifting priorities and time-sensitive deadlines;

- Proactive, positive, hard-worker.

**Location**:

Milano, with 2 days a week of smart-working.
