Description Your RoleWe are looking for a Trade Marketing Specialist in the Specialty Business Unit based in Milan, reporting to our Trade Marketing Manager. The Trade Marketing Specialist will be accountable for ensuring our brands growth in the specialist channel (petshop chains and independent stores), managing all the trade marketing levers to execute brands strategies. This is a temporary role of 8 months aprox.

What you will do? Develop and implement the POS strategy, consistently with the brand strategy, defining: assortment guidelines per channel; promotional and visibility guidelines. ? Lead Sell In/Sell out performance analysis on monthly basis and by customers to have a clear understanding of drivers / drainers and define an action plan, if needed. ? Monitor competition activities to better detect market trends? Develop brand annual activity plan, align with key stakeholders and lead its execution involving cross-functional team (sales, operations, customer service); evaluate ROI of the key initiatives and get promo learnings? Develop brand POS materials catalogue to ensure proper visibility in store? Manage A&P, according to the assigned budget? Work transversally with the direct and indirect sales team structure, with the local Marketing Team and the Supply Chain team, building strong and trusted relationships with the cross-functional team and ensuring alignment among all functionsWhat we are looking for? Proven experience in trade marketing positions within a FMCG business, ideally with more than 4-5 years in a related or equivalent position. ? Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics or similar. ? Fluent in English and Italian. ? Excellent analytical skills and experience in sell out analysis with Panels.
