With a strong focus on Retail Excellence, He/She will be responsible to drive Markets into a superior go-to-market execution and implementation in line with strategic guidelines, budget and timings

This role will have to work with multiple functions from corporate ones to local marketing and commercial teams.

**MAIN TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Contribute to define a central 360° strategy to sustain and promote new launches / projects (per areas / channels) accordingly to the central marketing development plan provided by the BU.

- Actively collaborate with the Trade Marketing development pole, to ensure best correspondence of toolboxes created to Markets/channels needs.

- Work closely with Local Marketing and Sales Account Executives to ensure that Markets Annual Business plans are consistent with the business priorities and category action plans to deliver the set objectives.

- Collect, consolidate, analyze and revise local marketing plans and key info (launches' orchestration, pre-launches, main BTL activities, ) to be regularly shared with K Stakeholders

- Drive markets into executional excellence of the above plans with a specific focus on trade activities, reviewing contents, promotional layouts and dynamics, ensuring alignment with Marketing Guidelines.

- Manage markets daily requests.

- Ensure the exchange's drumbeat throughout the year to feed HQ Departments with feedback and local insights in order to strengthen the strategy and maximize opportunities.

**Profile**:

**SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS**:

- Marketing/Business Degree with 5+ year experience in the Perfume/Beauty market.

- Passion and knowledge of Beauty Retail dynamics, with a strong sensibility for the product.

- Effective organizational skills (planning, project and time management expertise, cost efficiency oriented) with a multi-tasking approach.

- Strong analytical skills and data driven mind set

- Dynamic, innovative and proactive, with a great attention to detail.

- Excellent mastery of English.

French is a plus.
