This is an amazing opportunity for a hardworking Graduate/ Master's student who is interested in making a difference at Kraft Heinz! The position will be part of the Activation & Trade Services team in Milan, reporting to the In Store Excellence Manager.

As an intern, you will take ownership of projects and work closely with the business on day-to-day challenges. The delivery of analysis and reports will be your primary responsibility.

You will be joining a successful and passionate team, alongside peers always trying to reach the next level. You will constantly look for improvement activities within Italy.

In brief, your responsibilities will be:

Actively supporting the implementation of in-store activation plansSales and market trends analysis (sell in and sell out analysis)Playing an active role in coordinating promotional activities in stores involving Sales Field ForceCrafting communication and POP materials for our Sales channelsProviding ideas and following projects for activities and process improvement Hard Skills Master's Degree (achieved or close to be achieved)Proficient in English and ItalianGood command of MS office, especially ExcelStrong interpersonal and communication skills Professional Attributes Strong Affinity with Sales and/or data analytics: looking to be trained in real business life conditions. Communication Skills: You'll easily be exposed to senior management, no matter your level. Therefore, it's important you have excellent communication skills, to deal with all kinds of different stakeholders. Confident: You're a go-getter, you're not easily thrown off your game, not even when you get resistance. Team player: achieving results is nice but achieving results with the team is simply the best! You're a great teammate, which means you're sometimes a leader, sometimes a follower but always working towards the same common goal together with your teammates. Contract: internship (curricolar or extracurricolar)

Start Date: January 2025
