We're growing rapidly and are searching for a Trading Support Specialist to join our team in Plovdiv.

You will work with the in-line manager to support third party suppliers and partners to deliver a targeted, relevant sportsbook product for our customers.

**WHAT YOU'LL DO AS A TRADING SUPPORT SPECIALIST**:

- Provide prompt resolution to customer inquiries by providing appropriate and accurate information

- Escalate customer complaints through the appropriate internal channels

- Follow up in a timely manner to ensure customer satisfaction

**WHAT YOU'LL BRING**:

- In-depth knowledge & Deep interest in sports

- Ability to work under time pressure

- In-running trading

- Sharp and fast thinking

- Fluent English
