Traffic Acquisition Manager
Task**:
As **Traffic Acquisition Manager**, you will support the eCommerce team in all activities aimed at _driving high quality traffic to the website and increasing leads_, with the objective of _maximizing paid and organic strategies_ related to purchase.
You will work within the company organization to _increase conversion rate_, execute and optimize successful campaigns and provide analysis and recommendations that support our business goals.
You will have a retail mindset and excellent understanding of the interplay between paid and owned channels.
**Responsabilità**:
Main **duties and responsibilities** are the following:
- Plan, develop and monitor performance strategies across multiple channels to increase qualified traffic, leads and overall revenue while optimizing ROAS
- Coordinate the digital agency to ensure a lean and effective execution of planned campaigns and loyalty programs
- Create and complete timely reports with campaign metrics, insights and observations for internal stakeholders
- Propose A/B testing to continuously improve key campaign metrics (opens, clicks, leads, conversions, etc. )
monitoring marketing automation flows and updating them accordingly
- Maintain a calendar for multi-channel performance campaigns and activities
- Work with internal functions to ensure timely communication and optimal quality for the digital content production related to eCommerce paid and owned activities
- Budget management
- Stay up to date on cross-industry best practices, evolutions, and trends
- Identify and prioritize innovation opportunities and bring fresh, creative thinking to the team
- Report on consumer trends and competitors' activities
**Profilo**:
Main **requirements **are:
- Retail mindset
- Solid experience in working with popular PPC, affiliate and retargeting platforms
- Able to manage and optimize Biddable campaigns as well as coordinating an agency and internal resources
- Experience in website analysis using Google Analytics
- Proficiency with Office suite, in particular Excel and PowerPoint
- Data-driven approach and excellent analytical skills
- Ability to multi-task effectively
- Excellent time management and follow up skills
- Strong influencing skills and experience in working across all levels of internal/external stakeholder
- Proactive, motivated, enthusiastic, and focused on achieving great results
- Previous experience in a global team that required collaborating across numerous cross-functional stakeholders highly appreciated
- Fluency in English and knowledge of second language is a plus
Clear verbal communication skills, business acumen, critical thinking and team working attitudes will complete the profile.
A natural attitude to create and contribute to a positive work environment and a strong workplace culture is a must.
