Reporting directly to the CGO, Traffic & Acquisition Specialist is responsible for design Digital Media and Communication strategy supporting business goals for all stakeholders along their whole lifecycle, managing the journey and conversion optimization as well to increase micro and macro conversion rates.
**Tasks and responsibilities
- Select the right paid digital channels and defining the appropriate mix & balance of efforts and develop appropriate buying tactics for each channel.
- Implement best Search Engine Optimization (SEO) practices and techniques.
- Increase visitor traffic and manage the optimization of website experiences and conversion paths and key conversion points in the digital marketing funnel.
- Track, measure and analyze user engagement and conversions with related tools (Google Analytics, Google Tag manager, Clarity, others to come).
- Manage all external partners.
- Keep abreast of industry best practices, emerging trends, channels and technologies.
- **You're a match**_
- 4 to 6 years of related experience with a strong management of KPIs and results.
- Advanced knowledge of Google Analytics or other web tracking tools.
- Advanced Excel and Powerpoint.
- Good knowledge of Google Tag Manager and Google Search Console.
- Good knowledge of Adwords, Facebook Ad Manager and other digital buying platforms.
- Desired experience of Deepcrawl and SEMRush.
- Hands on approach, proactivity.
- Bilingual in English and Italian, mandatory.
