Connecting you to great benefits Medical, Dental, Vision and Prescription PlansFlexible Spending AccountsShort and Long Term DisabilitySupplemental Life and AD&D401(k) Retirement Savings w/ Company MatchStock Purchase PlanCompany DiscountsLegal InsurancePaid Time Off and Holidays What you'll do as a Flagger Control traffic in and around active worksites with hand signs and paddlesPrepare flags, cones, signs and markersPerform general construction work under direction of Foreman or Supervisor as neededDrive safely and follow company safe driving policiesFollow local, state and federal DOT guidelinesClean and maintain all company vehicles and equipmentPerform work in all weather conditionsOther duties as assigned What you'll need To be 18 years of age or olderAuthorization to work in the United States for this companyHigh School Diploma, GED equivalent, or relevant work experienceValid State driver's license (cannot be Provisional), including an acceptable driving recordPrevious flagging experience, preferred Physical abilities & exposures Routinely: work alone in remote location, operate vehicle, squeeze, bend, stoop, stand, walk, climb stairs, lift between 10 and 25 pounds, fine hand motion, use keyboard and mouseOccasionally: work with arms above shoulder level, climb stairs, and lift between 26 and 55 pounds Ansco & Associates, LLC provides a complete variety of construction and engineering services to the wireless and wireline industry.
