**onhunters **is looking for a **TRAFFIC OPERATOR** to join an interesting project in ITALY for one of the leading companies with an exclusive focus on freight transport.
Your main duties are fleet management and loading organization established by the headquarters.
**Functions**:
- Managment of dedicated fleet of external partners (rumenians).
- Source new potentials partners of transports of eastern europe to increase actual dedicated fleet.
- Organize customers loads in respect of road and driving law.
- Manage use of drive XPO from dedicated fleet in order to allow tracking from customers.
- Optimize empty KMS/Loading & unloading time
- Problem solving
**Requisitos**:
Essential advanced language skills in Italian, Rumenian and English.
Spanish shall be considered positively.
