Your key responsibilitiesOwn the recruiting process for Operators, Specialists & Assistants roles for Italy, working closely with hiring managers and our recruiting providers. Post job postings & schedule interviews. Support the HR Team with employee engagement projects such as surveys, events, and updating the company intranet. Assist the HR Team during external/internal audits. Support the HR Team in administrative tasks throughout the employee lifecycle. Actively contribute to different global/regional/local HR initiatives for various divisions.
