Group Payments Solutions supports corporates, financial institutions, and individual customers in all their payments and liquidity management needs. About the Loans Agency Team The Loans Agency Team is part of Debt Market , a product unit at the core of UniCredit's Advisory & Financing Solutions business within Client Solutions. Loans Agency provides pre- and post-signing support for syndicated facilities, acting as a point of contact with all parties to the agreement, managing tasks and duties as required by the agreement.

Tasks and responsibilities as a Trainee (m/f/d) in the Loans Agency team include:

Become the reference point for a portfolio of selected customers. Support senior colleagues in preparing quotes for new customers. Get familiar with LMA standard documentation. Interact with Loans Operation to ensure a smooth payment flow. Execute waivers and transfer requests. Update monthly and ad hoc reporting for management. You also match with the following requirements:

You are in the final stages of your master's degree in business administration, finance, or economics with good/very good academic results (MBA, CFA is a plus), or have completed your studies within the last 2 years. Preferably prior experience in investment banking and/or consulting, ideally in Structured/Leveraged/Project Finance. Ability to work under pressure and deliver on-time & on-quality (Failure-free). Confident and assertive conduct vis-à-vis clients & partners. Willing to accept and master new challenges regularly. Hard-working and motivated to "make a difference". Strong team player. Strong analytical, corporate finance & accounting skills. Fluent in German & English plus preferably one additional European language.
