The position is based in the department "Group Client Risk Management Planning & Controlling" within the division Finance (CFO) , responsible for strategy definition, planning, and controlling of relevant financial KPIs.
The Product Control team manages daily P&L reporting, reconciliation to accounting, and contributes to monthly reporting for various stakeholders.
The job holder (m/f/d) will manage all reporting aspects and join project initiatives to improve existing functionality and respond to regulatory or strategic needs.
What you'll be doing P&L Reporting (Economic and IFRS) responsibility for Client Risk Management Desks, aligning closely with main stakeholders such as Trading, Risk Controlling, and Accounting to deliver timely, complete, and accurate T+1 P&L.
Deep dive into economic P&L explanation by risk drivers and sensitivities, ensuring P&L developments match the portfolio profile.
Work on challenging projects and initiatives, promoting ideas to improve and enhance the P&L reporting tool for more efficient, tailored reporting needs.
Proactively contribute to improving the quality, accuracy, and completeness of P&L reporting.
Work in a flexible, fast-paced international environment, leveraging team members' qualities.

You also match the following requirements:
In the final stages of your Master's degree in finance, mathematics, or economics, or have completed your studies within the last 2 years.
Previous internship experience in Product Control, Market Risk, or related business areas.
Financial product knowledge of securities and derivatives, preferably with an understanding of accounting principles and IFRS rules.
High affinity for working with large-scale financial data sets, demonstrated expertise in data analysis, and strong motivation for uncovering actionable insights.
Advanced user of MS Office, especially Excel; programming skills in SQL and SAS are a strong plus.
Strong interpersonal, communication, and cooperation skills.
Fluent in English; German and/or Italian speaking is an advantage.
