Your Role As a Sea Logistics Operational Care Trainee, you will be part of a team in the Operational Care Center responsible for coordinating transport activities by:

Executing the necessary bookings with our partners through destination officesExecuting collections as per customer's requestExecuting the requisite data entryExecuting financial tasks related to operational activitiesPerforming all activities in compliance with rules and regulations governing sea transport and associated national protocolsYour Responsibilities As a Sea Logistics Operational Care Trainee, you will support colleagues by learning and applying due diligence in the OCC disciplines:

Processing Customer OrdersShipment Management Export / Import with SuppliersSuppliers Management / ProcurementDocumentation ManagementCustomer satisfaction and CARE in support of the CCLCustoms ClearanceOperational Data QualityBilling / FSL Handling / PayablesAny other operational activity needed to deliver the Customer PromiseYour Skills and Experiences High level of attention to detail, communication, completing assigned tasks in time, flexibility, and willingness to learn are the top attributes needed for the Sea Logistics Operational Care Trainee.
