Trainee Spare Parts Specialist

RUOLO**: Spare Part Specialist Trainee
DURATA**:stage, 6 mesi
**_ OBIETTIVI/SCOPO_
Spare Part Specialits is a member of the engineering team at the site, responsible for defining the classification and all characteristics of spare parts, their inclusion in controlled documents and/or electronic systems for appropriate classification in line with GMP and GDP guidelines.
She/he works in co-operation with engineering team and, more in general, with all the site and global organization, to achieve the success of Takeda to better serve patients worldwide.
He/she is responsible of
- Collect information about existing and new spare parts from appropriate local and external sources, and consequently define all characteristics needed for the appropriate classification, with special focus on parts used on direct impact equipment
- Classification of spare parts as per defined rules
- Development and publishing of official documents, reporting spare parts classification
- Interaction and co-operation with local engineering organization to facilitate appropriate codification of spare parts in electronic systems and databases (ex.
CMMS)

**_ DIMENSIONI E ASPETTI :_
**Esperienza tecnico/funzionale
- Engineering competence, previous experience in comparable roles in industry is a plus.

**_ FORMAZIONE E COMPETENZE:_
- Bachelor/Master's degree in engineering or comparable title.
