**Job Summary
Conducts analysis, designs, and develops instructional approaches and/or strategies to meet training requirements.
Designs appropriate training objectives and plans for Southern Europe and MENA operations teams.
Provides guidance and direction in the programmatic support for training programs, eLearning production services, and Learning Management System content creation and administration.
Provides basic technical and systems support on Equinix learning platforms and identifies opportunities for basic process improvements.
Assists in development of documentation and training materials.
**Responsibilities
Training Program Management
- Provides support for global training programs launch
Instructional Design
- Identifies the learning that is needed
- Suggests on the type of training needed to meet the learning requirements
- Plans and develops the training for the learning objectives
- Evaluates the effectiveness of the Learning Experience
Content & Communication Management
- Plans, drafts, and manages sub-regional training and content launch communications
- Proactively identifies and coordinates with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure alignment on training goals and needs
- Proactively monitors and coordinates training content life cycle review
- Responds to complex inquiries from end-users and other departments
- Proactively monitors "Discussions" within Equinix Learning Platforms for Global Courses, flagging issues when necessary
Project Management
- Plans and executes as per the project objectives, focusing on the operational elements of the project such as meeting deadlines, and completing deliverables
- Communicates and tracks project objectives
- Manages the constraints of the project and provides timely status updates
Analytics
- Generates course metrics to identify areas of improvement
- Contribution to the development/adaptation of dashboards which allow Management at any level to know what training activities look like over a period of time, by individual, team, organization, etc
Equinix Learning Platform Content Management
- Configure courses according to the different profiles and needs in Learning Management System
- Ensures that all platform users have required resources and support
- Monitors "Discussions" within Global Courses"
Learning Management Systems Support
- Supports learners on access, usage, etc
- Provides basic support for Learning Management System
Vendor Management
- Develops and maintains strong relationships with vendors
- Processes contracts, purchase orders, and invoices
- Helps define vendor requirements and ensures requirements are upheld
- Responsible for distributing vendor specific communications in a timely manner to employees
Documentation
- Assists in development of training materials

Knowledge and Experience
- Proven years of experience in a similar position, in technology or critical infrastructure industry
- Have experience in working with a wide range of stakeholders, both internally and externally
- Fluent written and spoken English, allowing proper communication with all internal and external stakeholders
