What you will do
The Training & Connectivity Service Manager is responsible to train service network on technical topics.
Furthermore, is the person that carry on the Company digital program inside the Service department.
Activities:
- Assess training needs and certification requirements;- Manage the training program in accordance with business needs, regulatory requirements, and Quality Management System;- Prepare training material (video, ppt, scorm, . . );- Observe and evaluate results of training programs and make improvements;- Train European and Overseas Service Managers / Service Providers, conduct on-site training when needed;- Prepare training material (video, ppt, scorm, . . );- In charge for Service for the Company digital programs (User app assistance, Service app, IOT, etc);- Manage escalation for Connectivity issues;
What you need to succeed
Must Have:
- Technical background, engineering Degree;
- Professional Experience: 3/5 years as technical trainer with experience in designing technical course content;
- Languages: Italian and english full proficiency;
- Soft skills: Strong attention to details and structured way of working, good capability to work inside multicultural team and interface with other people, good analytical skills, excellent customer service skills, ability to work independently;
- Other: Availability to travel at least 10-20% of the time (Italy and abroad);
Microsoft Office knowledge (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Nice to Have:
- Previous experience in the consumer goods market;
