How will the successful candidate make an impact?

You will: Support the training manager in creating the training sessions in the back office and proactively look for feedbacks Learn how to use SAP, inserting new suppliers and creating PO codes Be responsible for the induction of our Me!App to new hires Posting insights on the Community Wall of our Me!App Translate the Launch Alert and create subtitles for all the video in our Me!App Translate the Newsletter and the Modules on our Me!App Use E-vite (online invitation tool) for training sessions with many attendees Monitor the budget daily Support the Competencies Development Manager during the training sessions How will you experience success with us?

Previous experience at Training/HR preferred Experience in managing processes and projects with excellent detail coordination Strong ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment, with a forward-thinking and a proactive approach Ability to effectively interact with senior level managers Confident in using MS Office, including good MS Excel Fluent in written and spoken Italian and English Your journey with us: Initial screening call with the Richemont Italy Talent Team Interview with the Retail Management Team
