COMPANY PROFILE:

CNH Industrial is seeking a Training & Communication Specialist to join our Finance Transformation team.

As our Global Finance Team continues to pursue new technologies and processes to ensure we are operating effectively, the Finance Transformation team plays a key role in helping define business needs, push for innovative strategies, and establish strong processes for project management.

The Training & Communication Specialist is critical to ensuring that the very core of our organization - our people - have the support needed to be the best.

**Responsibilities**:

- Organize and coordinate training programs for the global finance team

- Act as content creator designing and creating training materials in a variety of mediums including presentations, training videos, job aides etc.

- Design and maintain materials that make up the Finance Training Academy (FTA)

- Design and maintain Finance collaboration sites (SharePoint)

- Perform benchmarking both internally and externally to identify opportunities and best-in-class methodologies

- Support the development of communication plans and marketing related to training opportunities

- Maintain and administer training-related repositories, including the Learning Management System (Cornerstone), SharePoint and key internal Finance systems such as SAP and blackline.

- Support change management initiatives (training & communications) for Finance initiatives as needed

**Qualifications**:

- Requires a Bachelor's Degree in Education, Business Management, including Communications or other closely related degree

- 3+ years experience of teaching and/or developing and delivering training content / programs

- Must have prior Admininstrative experience managing a Learning Management System (LMS) and creating / maintaining content on SharePoint sites

- 2+ years supporting a global corporate Finance or Accounting function and experience working with diverse employee base.

- Knowledge of Camtasia and/or Assima software.

- Cornerstone training platform experience is also a plus.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and advance proficiency in both PowerPoint and Excel.
