Rina is looking for a training coordinator.

Location: Milan and remote working Working Hours: 8 hours / 5 days Contract Duration: 12 months The Training Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating all training activities, including:

Preparing the Training Plan, Training Schedule, Training Matrix, and Training Courses Table of Contents.

Maintaining and updating these documents throughout the development of the Training Program.

Coordinating training courses provided by vendors and external training providers.

Overseeing the preparation of all training materials and deliverables.

Preparing and following up on the execution of training courses.

Supervising and monitoring training conducted by vendor and contractor instructors.

Preparing and submitting training progress reports to the COMPANY.

Keeping the Training Schedule updated.

Managing, controlling, and optimizing the training budget.

REQUIRED SKILLS: A minimum of 3-5 years of direct, relevant experience as an Operations and Maintenance Training Coordinator in the Oil & Gas industry, preferably with an EPC Contractor.

Strong planning, delegation, scheduling, and monitoring skills.

Fluency in the English language.
