Training Coordinator
Location**:Levico Terme (TN)
**Training Coordinator** is the role dedicated to the organization and verification of the Training activities aimed at the collaborators of the Service Area (in Italy and abroad), with priority focus on those who carry out installation, testing and repair activities at customers' site.
**Responsabilities
- Define and validate training programmes for the Service Dept. , at worldwide level, with the purpose of improving technical competences and knowledge;
- Implement training activities, approved and requested, verifing and analysing the training needs and their fullfilment after training;
- Contribute to the updating and evolution of Training management for the Service Dept. , through the Learning Management Platform (LMS) and promoting its full use.
**Activities
- Definition of the contents and programmes of the training activities, worldwide, based on the needs of the trainees, in cooperation with the Management and the Education area;
- Organization and promotion of training activities's calendars for BLM Group Service, worldwide;
- Monitor and verify the education of the trainers, monitoring their knowledge and competences
- Contribute to the preparation of didactic materials, documentation, tests and exercises useful for training;

**Must have
- High motivation for Education processes, aware of the importance for competences and know-how development;
- Proficiency in the use of Italian and English, written and spoken (Level C1);
- Open minded personal attitudes, such as curiosity, dynamism, creativity;
- Ability to work in a team, with a very collaborative approach;
- Willingness to travel, in Italy and abroad.
**Nice to have
- Previous experience in the position;
- Knowledge / skills acquired in machine tool companies;
- Knowledge / skills relating to the management of training and competence assessment processes;
- Proficiency in other foreign languages (German, Spanish, French, to name just the main ones).
