**Training Coordinator (M/F/d)

Responsabilità e qualifiche:

**What awaits you**:

- You organize and coordinate training plans for regional training programs in Europe

- You will be the administrator and key user for the Learning Management System where you will be responsible for training management, tracking and reporting

- You will analyze and coordinate training needs in Europe and provide technical support for selected programs

- You will be responsible for administration with external providers, including contracting, ordering and invoice management

- You will support the coordination of talent management processes such as 360° feedback, development assessments and talent reviews

- You will be responsible for providing and updating the central pool of trainers, coaches and agencies

- You continuously support the optimization of L&D processes in the Europe region

**How you convince us**:

- You have successfully completed a university degree or an apprenticeship with relevant professional experience

- Ideally, you already have some experience in a manufacturing environment

- You have very good user knowledge of MS Office programs

- You are characterized by a high level of service orientation and proactivity

- You are a team player but also able to work independently

- You feel comfortable working in an international environment

- Fluency in English completes your profile
