Training Coordinator Mxp
JOB PURPOSE
We're on a journey to continually improve how we support and serve our Pilots and Cabin Crew throughout New Entrant, Recurrent and Promotion Training, whilst also supporting the wider Training Team goal of becoming a centre of learning excellence that is industry leading and supports easyJet's purpose.
To achieve that, we're looking for a Training Coordinator to join the Training Support Team.
You will ensure our Instructors and Trainees are equipped with the information and tools that they require to succeed in their roles.
You will liaise with both the UK CAA and Austro Control to ensure regulatory compliance.
We are part of Flight Operations and work closely with Performance and Planning, Recruitment, Cabin Services and Safety and Security.
**JOB ACCOUNTABILITIES
To be responsible for the coordination and ongoing faciliatiation of all aspects of Pilot and Cabin Crew Training
Set up of Teams registers and courses within the ETR (electronic training report) system for all Training details and courses
Effectively liaise with our third party training providers
To Track and monitor completion of Training elements and provide analysis and reporting where required
Tracking and monitoring of crew expiries to ensure regulatory compliance
Tracking and monitoring of regulatory crew documents
To issue Cabin Crew attestations on completion of required training and update authorities on issued document
Maintenance of the ETR system with UAT (testing) of new and ongoing updates
Provide administrative support to our Crew, Instructors, and wider Training Team
Maintain records of training in accordance with regulatory requirements.
Ensure processes are regularly reviewed and updated
Actively participate in working groups / projects and other tasks as requested by the Training Support Manager
Attend weekly Training Support Meeting
**Requirements of the Role
**KEY SKILLS DESIRED
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work collaboratively and effectively with fellow team members.
Knowledge and understanding of regulatory requirements for crew training.
IT skills to use programs within office 365 and Microsoft Teams
Experience in using AIMS
Passion for process improvements to drive innovation and efficiency
Good organisational and planning skills
Ability to remain calm under pressure with ability to prioritise and work to tight deadlines
Attention to detail

The role is based in Milan, however travel to Gatwick may be required for duties
This role is accountable to the Training Support Manager
