The Position As a Training Project Manager at Novo Nordisk, you will: Implement and deliver training projects according to the latest standards, in accordance with Novo Nordisk principles, systems and tools.
Drive, execute and manage major projects that support Line of Business strategy and have a broad organizational impact, where training is part of the solution.
Deliver impact and manage change to ensure sustained results by creating local ownership during project phases.
Communicate clearly at all levels the purpose of a project, how it links to business needs and the benefits for both business and individuals.
Drive continuous improvement and innovation.
Qualifications To be successful for this position, you have a Bsc degree in Engineering, or any relevant technical field, combined with few experiences in Project Management.
You have also great stakeholder management skills, preferably from a global company in a GxP, across different organisational levels.
In addition, you have: Fluent English and Italian, both written and spoken University Degree in Engineering Bold Lean and quality mindset Good time management skills with the ability to structure tasks and time, to provide clarity to organisation and deliver within deadlines Preferably experience from working with cLEAN and continuous improvement.
About the Department You will be joining a newly established and growing area in our company, responsible for designing, planning, and building all major fill & finish expansion projects across Novo Nordisk to meet the needs of millions of patients.
You will be part of a global team who will develop the pharma facilities of the future and work with advanced technology to rethink our fill & finish facilities.
