Training Selling Skills Manager
Position**:
Responsible for developing selling skills trainings to elevate our client experience and our signature moments, from the concept to the design, realization, and deployment for the local sales trainer's community and retail staff (Client Advisors & Store Managers) when needed.
Collaborate with the other central sales trainers, contributing with the retail selling expertise securing the alignment of the selling speech and rituals to their training projects.
Reporting to the Corporate Sales Training Director, the position will be based in **Rome
**MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Responsible for selling skills trainings design and development of training modules/programs (presentation, trainers' guidelines, activation kits, retention quiz, anchor plan and follow-up activities) to be delivered with a blended approach (digital-self learning, in class session, in store session)
- Design and train the trainers on further evolutions of selling ceremony & signature moments for all touchpoints and toolboxes according to market feedback and needs always in accordance to brand positioning and brand platform.
Support the retail teams to grow their selling skills and ensure consistency across markets.
- Work with strong project management mindset and approach to meet the deadlines/costs and the different validation phases across the project's creation involving the right stakeholders
- Control and commit with the budget allocated to each project guaranteeing its constant supervision and update
- Proactively identify the sales training needs analyzing the outcome and monitoring the impact of every sales training program, with a data-driven approach
- Blend the marketing BU's and press contents translating them into selling speech (turn the products features into client benefits).
- Scout and deal with suppliers for specific projects, taking into account the budget allocated and the training delivery mode (_in class, in store, digital). _
- Secure the right alignment of the selling and skills programs with the mystery shopping and client satisfaction feedback
- Conduct regular flaking calls with the assigned markets to collect their feedback and needs but as well monitor the local activities.
- Actively contribute to the training events organizations and animation _(_train the trainer session and corporate/ local training sessions) _
- Monitor the training data for all the selling and skills trainings ensuring that priorities are met.
- Contribute and assist to the onboarding of the new hired trainers.
