Our Training strategy enables us to empower people and provide training and development opportunities which is fundamental to our overall business growth. TheTraining Specialistwill report to the Director of Quality and Staff Development and will work closely on both global and local projects.

He/She Will be involved in the end-to-end design and delivery of learning and development solutions and collaborate closely with other HR teams and stakeholders/internal clients across the Baglioni Hotels & Resort to ensure the effective and efficient development of projects. Key responsibilities:He/she works on the training need analysis and the training plan definitionFollows Public Financed TrainingHe/she coordinates the implementation of trainings and proactively proposes solutions to design new onesHe/she works on the training calendar, manages organization and logistics of in-class training programs. He/she supports in-class training session. He/she creates internal training and initiativesQualifications:Fluent in English. Excellent knowledge of Office 365 packageStrong orientation in analisys, details and researchExcellent organizational skillsProblem solver oriented: he/she focuses on problems trying to find out the solution. Strong interest in learning the dynamics of a multinational company and in exploring opportunities to deliver what is required. Proactive, problem-solving mindset, also regarding his/her own constant and never-ending improvement.
