This is an office-based role. In this role you will work as part of the Commercial Learning and Development Centre of Excellence team, that is responsible for supporting Leica Biosystemss strategy aimed to improve our customer focus approach and selling capacity, through a constant implementation of Commercial Sales and Customer Experience learning programs. Main Activities and Tasks:

Act as a bridge between Selling Units and Business Units to ensure that the SU training demands are being meet for both internal employees and 3rd parties/distributors.

Support the organization of local EMEA training sessions delivered by products Qualified TrainersWorks with Country's team members (FSS Managers, Service Managers, Regional Sales Managers, Sales Enablement Managers, etc. )

to ensure the correct training requests prioritization and seats assignment basing on rational and objectives criteriaConfirm training sessionsand participants availability based on our partners prioritization.

Support with travel logistics (Hotels, rental cars, taxi, etc. ).

Regularly monitoring of the training backlog for all product lines.

Take care of our Training database (Certificates, Test scores, Trainer feedback, etc. ).

Send out post training Surveys. Update comprehensive training calendarSupport with the execution of the on-boarding products training planQualifications and requirements:

University degree (Education, Business Administration or related field)1-3 years of experience as a Training Coordinator, Trainer, or similar role.

Hands-on experience coordinating multiple training events in a corporate settingProficiency in English with strong written and oral communication skillsExperience with e-learning platforms and Learning Management Systems.

Familiarity with traditional and modern job training methods and techniques.

MS Office proficiency. Advanced organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple assignments.
