**Responsabilities**:

- To align with Training Manager, Ops management and trainers to plan, develop and deliver onboarding and ongoing training programs based on needs analysis and the business goals of the operations

- Deliver training both in-class and online training

- Support the training department and its compliance policies

- Provide trainee's performance feedback

- Develop training content material

- Deliver coaching, monitor improvements and analyze KPI's

**Requirements**:

- Experienced in delivering online training and in-class (minimum experience of 1 year).

- Demonstrated expert in delivering multiple forms of training and knowledge of different training techniques.

- Customer service, sales and goal oriented knowledge

- Available to travel.

Italian - Native / Bilingual Proficiency written and spoken.

English - Full Professional Proficiency **written and spoken.

- Spanish and German is a plus.

- Comfortable with technology (communication tools, Zoom, Google meets, CRM, MS Office programs, etc)
