Training Supervisor

**Responsibilities**:
As Training Supervisor, I will assume full responsibility for the efficient operation in the following:
- Assist in Training plans for the hotel based on systematic research and needs analysis.
- Provide information to prepare an expenditure budget for the training department.
- Coordinate with Director of HR on new mandatory training programs and materials.
- Coordinate training with all departmental trainers for every section and monitor operational training.
- Meet all departmental trainers monthly to review departmental training progress.
- Organize and liaise with Department Heads concerning new host orientation and induction.
- Assist in developing and organizing training manuals, multimedia visual aids, and other educational materials involved in the strategic planning, resource allocation and coordination of training delivery.
- Upkeep Six Senses guidelines and standards of service and operation.
My performance benchmarks are maintained and exceeded.
- Assist with the recruitment and interview processes.
- Assist with coordination of new hire orientation and training for new hosts.
- Strictly adhere to LQA standards and guest comments.
**Qualification **: Qualifications
To execute the position of Training Supervisor, I must have the required qualifications, technical skills and experience in a similar role in luxury hotels with proven results and includes the following:
- Diploma or equivalent in Business, preferably in Human Resources and at least 2 years' experience in a similar training/operation setting.
Hospitality diploma/degree from a recognized hospitality school is preferred.
- Technical skills include proficient use with computers and software including MS Office - Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
I have experience learning through an e-learning platform or mobile app.
- Fluent in Italian and English.
I understand that additional languages are preferred.
- Eligible to work in Italy (only EU Citizens).
