MUST LIVE IN SWFL.
This is NOT a remote position.
Responsibilities Monitor and process all paperwork related to the closing process, ensuring accuracy and efficiency Make calls and emails Negotiate repairs, oversee home inspections, and ensure a timely close of deals Maintain open communication between all parties and coordinate relevant details such as moving schedules Record customer information in the office database, track transaction activities, and submit the necessary documents to the broker for review Provide exceptional customer service by accurately and clearly communicating information both verbally and in writing Qualifications Must live in SWFL.
This is not a remote position (although it does have the ability to be a hybrid position) Candidates should have the ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing, with clients Passion for providing superior customer service is highly desired Previous knowledge and experience in the real estate industry, transaction coordination, titles, and mortgages are advantageous Time Management Skills Ability to work on your own Compensation $40, 000 - $50, 000 About The Gogan Team The Gogan Team is a quickly growing team specializing in Naples, Bonita, and Estero Florida.
