Who we are looking for

The Operations Assistant is responsible for the correct and timely processing of specific activities performed in the Transfer Agent.

The role will involve a significant amount of contact with local Distributors, ManCo (SGR) and other internal groups within State Street.

What you will be responsible for

As Operations Assistant - Associate 1 you will- Timely and accurately execute instructions in accordance with our clients offering documents provisions and operating procedures;- Process manual instructions;- Perform, if required, reporting for internal/external counterparties;- Timely complete procedural checklist;- Ensure agreed timelines are adhered to.
