Ensure the periodic update of the group transfer pricing policies on the basis of the business developments and change of economic circumstances Support to the setting up of new flows and business monitoring Determination of the IC recharges and transfer pricing adjustments Coordination of the setting up of the transfer pricing documentation Management of the transfer pricing audits, litigations and MAP Management of the pending APAs Ensure compliance with the OECD Guidelines and all applicable tax regulations; Management of the patent box requests in Italy and in other countries Skills:
