Our client is a multinational company operating in the Manufacturing Industry, with a remarkable presence worldwide and a fast growing business. We are looking for a Transfer Pricing Manager Europe. Summary Description The Transfer Pricing Manager will report directly into the Global Head of Transfer Pricing and play a leadership role in the overall implementation, management, and documentation of the transfer pricing policies and processes on a worldwide basis, with a focus on Europe. ResponsibilitiesAssist with managing and implementing global transfer pricing models to support the business operations and ensure compliance with applicable transfer pricing rules and regulations across various jurisdictions in Europe. Assist in defending global transfer pricing policies across Europe in the face of increasing scrutiny from tax authorities across the Region. Provide support on complex transfer pricing matters related to global transactions and assist business and regional tax teams with planning, compliance and periodic review of intercompany transactions. Liaise with various business units by developing a clear understanding of business needs and expectations and implementing appropriate transfer pricing solutions that support their requirements. Produce and champion best practice internal controls and documentation standards to achieve optimal standards for transfer pricing compliance. Continue to develop transfer pricing knowledge and technical skills through on-the-job training and attendance at external courses / presentations. Required skillsMinimum 5 years of specific transfer pricing experience with a large Accounting Firm or multinational company. Degree in Accounting, Finance or Tax preferred. Typically, 7+ years of related experience in Finance, Accounting or Tax. Strong working knowledge of OECD guidelines governing transfer pricing issues and methodologies. Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Experience with complex global projects and working with and/or managing geographically diverse teams. Strong project management, problem solving, and analytical skills. Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines imposed by project timescales or tax authority requirements.
