What can you expect?

**:

The position is be part of Italy Transformation Office and involved in the core team of regional/global transformation programs.

It is responsible for collaborating with Senior Leaders across the organization to develop and execute plans to analyse and standardize processes, ensure the successful implementation of change and technology projects, improve operational capabilities (onshore & offshore), and increase operational efficiency and effectiveness.

Main responsibilities include:

- Conduct thorough analysis of complex as-is business processes to identify process improvement and standardization opportunities.

- Understand business requirements and identify/align with the design of technology solutions

- Design to-be processes and technology, recording proper documentation and define mock-ups.

- Works closely with business experts, IT delivery team, external vendors.

- Build financial and operational models to simulate various scenarios and guide management decisions

- Project planning, monitoring and control

- Lead meetings cross-functional teams and communicate progress and outcomes to stakeholders

- Act as an effective Change Agent.

Engage all key stakeholders and lead the way to change.

Manage complex and difficult negotiations, influence stakeholders to achieve desired outcomes

- Comply with internal and external management reporting requirements, ensuring appropriate & timely production of output

**What you need to have**:

- Bachelor's degree in engineering/computer science/technology

- Minimum 5 years of Business Analysis + Project Management experience in a consultancy firm or highly-structured company

- Past experience in complex projects and managing multiple stakeholders

- Proficiency in analyzing data

- Recognized as problem-solver

- Proficient Italian and English
