Transformation Manager

Reporting directly to the Group CEO, the Transformation Manager will act as a strategic partner, driving critical initiatives for the Brand (such as business development projects for retail / client experience, international expansion, market penetration, and product development). This position plays a pivotal role in ensuring seamless execution of the company's growth strategy to achieve strategic business objectives while fostering accountability and measurable progress across teams. Job Responsibilities include:Strategic SupportCollaborate with the CEO to define and execute key priorities, including international expansion, market entry, and product development initiatives. Project GovernanceEstablish frameworks to monitor strategic initiatives, coordinate with line managers, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and meeting overall Brand goals and quality standards. Performance TrackingDevelop KPIs and dashboards for the CEO, regularly reporting progress, budgets, and critical milestones. Identify and communicate the potential risks associated with progress, initiatives and develop with cross functional leadership strategies to minimize or counteract the risks. Cross-Functional Leadership CollaborationBuild effective relationships with key stakeholders across different levels and regions within the organization. Work with senior leadership to align projects with strategic goals and foster a collaborative, results-driven culture. Ensure communication strategies, stakeholder engagement, resistance management, and training to facilitate smooth transition or implementations. Change ManagementLead organizational changes related to new markets, processes, or product launches, supporting teams in adopting new practices. Job Requirements:8 to 10 years in a PMO, consulting, or leadership role, with exposure to strategy execution and cross-functional coordination. Experience working on projects or within luxury retail / brand, preferred. Strong project management abilities, excellent analytical and proficiency in tracking KPIs. Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a related field; an MBA is preferred. Strong communication, verbal and written. Strong interpersonal skills to work cross functionally and with global diverse team. Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Italian is a plus. Flexibility to attend meetings with different time zones from US to Asia. We offer a full-time contract with Monday to Friday working time, classification commensurate with the experience gained, daily tickets from 8 € and corporate welfare.
