Transformation Project Manager

Legal Software, part of Legal & Regulatory Division, is an international organization that works in a growing context, with high attention to employees engagement and development.
To accompany the growth we are looking for a Transformation Project Manager.
The Transformation Project manager position is responsible for managing projects that support strategy and the organizational transformation.
The position requests strong relationships with business stakeholders to identify needs and a deep knowledge of the market maintaining an effective level of business literacy about the organization, its plans, its culture and its competition.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Participates in the strategic workforce plan working with HR identifying needs and priorities in line with business strategy
- Manage projects regarding processes and organization to accelerate the growth
- Change management projects to facilitate the transformation
- Analyses trends and metrics to develop solutions and programs to ensure continuous improvement of processes, tools and organizations
- Works closely with management and HR to maintain high level of engagement and belonging of the organization
**Requirements**:
- Excellent project management skills
- Experience in project focus on change management, integration and organization
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to acquire understanding of the organization's hierarchy, jobs, context including knowledge of the competition
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Education and Experience:
- 2+ years of experience in project management and management consulting in transformation projects also in HR
- Bachelor's degree preferred, Economic or Law
- Master or certification is preferred requirement
- Fluent English, preferred second language
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
