- Mission- Contribute to Region SCM targets achievement throughout Sites allocated-

- Facilitate communication with/within Region Sites SCM community-

- Ensure External & Internal Customer Delivery expectations for all Sites-

- Improve efficiency through Inventories optimization, LT and Logistic costs reduction-

- Support Supply Chain TRANSIT Strategic Plan and Projects deployment-

- Assure standards implementation and procedures across Sites. -

- Ease best practices cross-fertilization-

- Assure reliable SCM performance reporting (E-Cockpit)- Responsibilities

Facilitate, contribute and be N+1 backup about below key processes:

- Yearly BDG preparation-

- KPIs follow up-

- Site OPS review-

- Region OPS review preparation-

- Region Digital roadmap data collection and follow up-

- Region Efficiency/Cost reduction plan-

- Region Projects (SIOP, Trade Parts, E-Procurement, Customer Portal, )-

- Critical SISCO flows weekly review-

- Customer Crisis review attendance-

- Shift-to-Takt follow up-

- Site SC teams coaching (S&A, Procurement, LOG Execution, SCE, Planning)-

- SCM Process (MRP, MPS, S&OP, Inventory cycle counting, VSM, )-

- SCM SCIP follow-up- People Management: NO

- Budget Management: YES

- Education/Training

- Engineering University degree or equivalent degree

- Supply Chain concepts (APICS certification, Supply Chain Academy IFPSM)

- Project Management

- Professional Experience

- Minimum 5 years' experience as SC Manager or similar position

- 1-2 years spent in multicultural Projects environment will be preferable

- Knowledge and Practice of Lean Manufacturing tools such as Kanban, Pull Systems, Value Stream Mapping

- Continuous Improvement/KAIZEN/PDCA tools: Pareto, 5 why.
