We are looking for a talented Product Manager to join the Translated Enterprise Team in our HQ in Pi Campus, Rome.

Options to work remotely are available. You will take care of Product Management for our existing and future integrations between TranslationOS and enterprise customers' systems.

You will represent the Translated tech division in front of customers and internal stakeholders, and ensure the successful implementation of the company tech programs. Your responsibilities will include:

Product ManagementUnderstanding and representing user needs. Support the upper management on the definition of the vision and implement it. Aligning stakeholders around the vision for the product.

Prioritizing product features and capabilities, managing and scheduling development tasksWork with various teams (product, design, content, acquisition, sales) to implement strategiesMonitoring existing TMS/CMS/BMS, developing competitive analyses, identifying opportunities for integrating with TOS. Report and present quarterly accomplishments to customers during quarterly business reviewsProgram DesignLead technical and process aspects of early sales and project planning meetings with client representatives, Translated business and project management ownersDetermine best approach and technology configurations for content localization and transformationProgram ImplementationConfigure and communicate processes for TranslationOS. Define detailed localization production steps in conjunction with the Translated Production staffInform and communicate new production requirements on behalf of business stakeholdersEvolve and communicate best practices in creation, maintenance and delivery of work productsCommunicate technical knowledge and resolutions to internal and external stakeholdersConsult on TMS setup and configuration and the use of other 3rd party localization tools and standardsTroubleshoot Solution problems that arise in engineering and production processes to defined quality standardsProgram SupportSupport production staff through projects, initiatives, load balancing and program efficienciesDrive thought leadership throughout the organizationon utilization of data to improve program performance and customer satisfactionEscalation point for production teams related to internal and external technology infrastructureRequirements3+ years of tech product management experience Knowledge of the localization industry and translation management systems is highly desirableStrong customer focus - able to identify and differentiate between customers, focus on their needs and engage them through communications activitiesExperience in market analysisWorking knowledge of web analytics tools Excellent communication skillsExcellent attention to detailCreativitySharp analytical and problem-solving skillsBenefits and PerksCompetitive and exciting work environment.
