**Fondazione Milano Cortina 2026** is the Organizing Committee for the Olympic and Paralympic Winter Games of 2026, carrying on the organization, promotion and communication of the sporting and cultural events related to the next Winter Games.

Milano Cortina 2026 will be the first large-scale Olympics in history: 13 Olympic venues, 21 provincial capitals, 2, 300 municipalities directly involved, over an area of 22, 000 square km.
The Milano Cortina 2026 Organizing Committee has been established in 2019 with the purpose of organizing Olympic and Paralympic Games in compliance with the Host City Contract signed jointly by the International Olympic Committee (IOC), the two cities of Milano and Cortina and the Italian National Olympic Committee (CONI).
Furthermore, the Italian Paralympic Committee, the Regions of Lombardy and Veneto, as well as the Autonomous Provinces of Trento and Bolzano/Bozen are all partners in this major national-level project, with the support of the Italian Government.
**Position**:
In particular he/she will:
- Focus on stakeholders' needs, milestones and deliveries, to guarantee their high satisfaction by planning a transport system that is properly recorded and communicated;
- To manage at best with efficiency all transport services guides and manuals during both planning and operational stage of the Games;
- to cooperate with all Transport units to have a proper communication plan delivered and recorded, to be the framework during Games Time;
- Ensure the Level of Services (LoS) to be formalizedas per timeline received by IOC and IPC;
- Assist in drafting DSLA documents andnegotiated service level agreementsand proceedsupporting all Transport units and Client Services team with Transport Guides and manuals and handbooks for all stakeholders;
- Able to interact and organize activities independently, available to share information and interact with the Transport team and stakeholders;
- Able to communicate and being oriented to send out open and clear messages and information to the stakeholders;
- Able with people management: to deliver a service, problem solving and planning/operations management.
**Requirements**:
- Education: Bachelor degree
- Seniority: a minimum job experience
- Communications skills and writing skills are mandatory
- Foreign languages: English Level C2
- IT: Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office 365+ Power Point
- Experienced inclients' relationship in a structured and sport institutional organization
- Experienced in transport planning both in sport events or others, at an international level
- Experienced with communication and preparation of documents for clients and stakeholders
