**Fondazione Milano Cortina 2026** is the Organizing Committee for the Olympic and Paralympic Winter Games of 2026, carrying on the organization, promotion and communication of the sporting and cultural events related to the next Winter Games.

Milano Cortina 2026 will be the first large-scale Olympics in history: 13 Olympic venues, 21 provincial capitals, 2, 300 municipalities directly involved, over an area of 22, 000 square km.

The Milano Cortina 2026 Organizing Committee has been established in 2019 with the purpose of organizing Olympic and Paralympic Games in compliance with the Host City Contract signed jointly by the International Olympic Committee (IOC), the two cities of Milano and Cortina and the Italian National Olympic Committee (CONI).

Furthermore, the Italian Paralympic Committee, the Regions of Lombardy and Veneto, as well as the Autonomous Provinces of Trento and Bolzano/Bozen are all partners in this major national-level project, with the support of the Italian Government.

**Position**:

We are looking for a passionate and motivated **Transport Digital Specialist**to join our team.

This is an entry-level role where experience is not a prerequisite—what truly matters is your enthusiasm for technology and digital product development.

You will work closely with our **Coordinators and Digital Manager** to support the development of our **Transport Management System (TMS)** by gathering requirements from different functional areas of the Transport Department and providing hands-on operational support.

He/She will:

- Collaborate with Coordinators to oversee the evolution of the Transport Management System (TMS);

- Gather and analyze requests from different functional areas within the Transport Department;

- Provide operational support to ensure the efficient implementation of digital solutions;

- Work proactively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, similar to large-scale event organizations such as the Olympics;

- Facilitate communication between various teams, ensuring smooth coordination of digital projects.

**Requirements**:

- Degree in Marketing, communication, IT;

- Fluency in both Italian and English (spoken and written);

- Familiarity with project management methodologies;

- Passion for digital technologies and interest in digital product development;

- Proactive attitude with a keen eye for project management and process optimization;

- Ability to communicate effectively with different stakeholders and translate functional needs into actionable steps;

- Experience or involvement in large-scale events or dynamic operational contexts;
