To enhance our team, we are currently looking for an efficient and proactive rail planner who can help us to grow our trains business in Italy.

Outstanding administration and support

You will become a key part of a Transport Planning team of five people.

Your core task is timely and efficient allocation of the planned inbound and outbound shipments to ensure that the customer receives a first-class service in a cost effective way.

You will also take responsibility for the timely administration of all transport related costs in our operational system.

You will work with customers, suppliers, other transport planners and the customer services desk, managing priorities, providing relevant information on the collections, and deliveries and finding solutions for challenging situations to achieve the desired results with the required deadlines.

Can you make it all run smoothly?

We ask:

- Experience as a Transport Planner, ideally gained within a transport firm.

- Ability to handle a complex planning without losing the overview.

- Excellent communication skills and the ability to deal with people at all levels

- Excellent knowledge and fluency in Italy and English, both verbal and in writing.

- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office.
